Il luogo era un luogo proibito persino ai cittadini eletti, e necessitava un codice d’ accesso segreto che poteva essere concesso solo da Kanbalik1M.
La popolazione delle green-house doveva essere tenuta in assoluta armonia con le sue leggi interne e all’oscuro della sua origine. Il luogo della citta’ genealogica, possedeva dal centro “LA FONTE” simbolicamente la matrice originaria della cosmoginia umana ,a partire dalle sue caratteristiche primogenie, la frequenze, gli astri, gli dei, l’albero cosmologico, l’acqua, l’albero, la mitologia, la metafisca, e poi a raggiera verso l’esterno si sviluppava, la biologia,l’antropologia,la palentologia, fino alle scienze e all'ingegneria e l'informatica. ripercorrendo tutte le epoche del vissuto della storia umana. era sia un opera architettonica museale che un opera virtuale connessa con migliaia di informazioni visive, matematiche, testuali, algoritmiche, le stesse informazioni provenivano dal grande computer Kanhbalik1M e dal suo programma di gestione, e in parte poteva attingere informazioni coodificate dalla matrice della logica genetica della materia.

Il tutto veniva coordinato da un progetto non supervisionato controllato dal computer Khanbalik1m, che era situato nei bunker anti atomici nella citta’ proibita che era predestinato invece allo sviluppo e protezione fisica del luogo non-umano del software e della ricerca e coordinazione dei computer quantici e delle informazioni relative riconducibili alla matrice, erano informazioni di tipo matematico.
Il compito della citta’ Genealogica era diverso, era l’applicazione fisica del sistema della logica genetica della citta’ proibita di Kahnbalic1M applicato allo sviluppo tecnologico della grande digha di Bramaputra,

E possedeva anche il progetto visivo della diga e della citta‘ proibita. che era del tutto relativo alle necessita‘ dell‘ intelligenza artificiale del quale non ne aveva assolutamente bisogno essendo un essere prettamente ingegneristico e matematico.
