Davide D.M. Tinelli nasce a Milano dove frequenta il Liceo Artistico e l’Accademia delle belle Arti.
In seguito a vari viaggi e permanenze in diverse nazioni e continenti si identifica in lui un artigiano specializzato nell’uso dei materiali contemporanei e di tradizione e un artista poliedrico, oggi si dedica alla decorazione di interni,arredamento e arte applicata a Milano
Idea,progetta e realizza a mano, una collezione che ricordano ora i giocattoli di altri tempi..ma che vorrebbero con lo “spazio-tempo” collaborare per diventare, un domani, oggetti di ricerca per un “metodo pedagogico ” che puo’ chiedere la collaborazione,perche no,di altri artigiani e designer, scrittori ed illustratori, educatori e genitori, … La collezione Wood for recycle è infatti anche un prodotto letterario, una fiaba illustrata dagli stessi progetti ed oggetti in “working progress” mai definitivi, pubblicati interamente in rete, come e’ caratteristica della “peotica” dell’ artista. Un oggetto quindi che po’ essere modificato, smontato, incastrato, copiato, rielaborato, modificato o migliorato …nella misura della quale “speriamo” rimanesse un prodotto che rispetta l”etica di chi lo ha ideato..il progetto come i materiali utilizzati sono, comunque, quasi tutti di riciclo, creazioni che si adattano al gioco, al collezionismo, allo stylist di arredo, alla vetrina. Questi giocattoli hanno in seguito proseguito nel percorso formativo indirizzato all'infanzia.
